David Monson founded Sunshine Window Cleaning in Atlanta in 1978 and operated it out of his pick-up truck.  Today, Sunshine is still locally owned and is now a multi-million dollar business with multiple crews and fully equipped vans to handle the cleaning of roofs, gutters, exteriors, windows (and more) for residential and commercial clients.

Customer Service

What sets Sunshine Window Cleaning apart is our commitment to customer service.  This means that when you call, you will speak to a real person, not an answering service.   We know that you're busy and don’t have time to wait for a return phone call.  Our office is staffed five days a week from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., and typically we can fulfill any request within a week's time.

Our friendly and experienced customer service representatives are also trained to give good advice and answer your questions without pressuring you to schedule an appointment.  Most importantly, they can provide ballpark estimates over the phone to save you time.  A firm price is always given after the technician arrives at and sees the property. 

Proactive Service

Additionally, we offer proactive service through annual contracts that save you time and money.  For instance, with an annual gutter cleaning contract, scheduled quarterly cleaning will help prevent any potential damage from a debris-filled gutter.  And we all know that with the trees in the area, gutter cleaning is as important as window cleaning in Atlanta!

Our cleaning technicians are highly trained, seasoned professionals aswell asfull-time employees, not seasonal employees.   They arrive on time, in uniform, with fully equipped company vans to perform your service.  Each crew leader on every team has a minimum of five years experience; and for your protection, all technicians are bonded and insured.
